This is not a direct replacement for 1961 models built prior to June but will work with some minor modifications. 61 filler neck will require 1 3/4" OD extension pipe between the tank and neck or it can be replaced with a 62-63 filler neck (not included).

Tank is steel with original OE Finish- Terne plate. There is no need to paint or coat the tank with any kind of sealant. It is corrosion resistant just like the original. Tank is ready to install!

Note: There is an option to add the compatible sending unit, straps (pads and universal bolts) and tank pad by checking "Yes." in the appropriate boxes.
