Tank is steel with with painted finish. There is no need to paint or coat the tank with any kind of sealant. It is corrosion resistant just like the original. Tank is ready to install!

Note: There is an option to add the compatible sending unit, straps (pads and universal bolts), filler neck grommet and tank pad by checking "Yes." in the appropriate boxes.
